This personalised approach builds confidence, encourages independence and shows children that their ideas matter.

A Highly Qualified and Compassionate Team

Parents place enormous trust in the people who care for their children. At Elmhurst House, our practitioners are not only highly trained but also exceptionally nurturing. Most of our staff hold NVQ Level 3 qualifications or above, 40 percent have Early Years degrees and more than 95 percent are Paediatric First Aid trained. This combination of expertise and genuine warmth means families can feel reassured that their children are in safe and capable hands every day.

With cosy corners, natural materials and plenty of open ended resources, children can take the lead in their play and choose what feels right for them. We work closely with families during settling in sessions to make sure every child feels secure, comforted and ready for their new adventure at their own pace.
