It is possible to request bespoke training and agree the content accordingly. Sue does not accept liability if the training does not meet your needs after the learning intentions are shared.
Full payment is required to secure places booked onto one of my live on-line webinars. if you need to cancel a place on a live on-line webinar or someone fails to attend their booked webinar no refund will be given. However, as a gesture of good will, it might be possible to swap to another webinar of the same title on another date. If there is not another webinar scheduled no refund will be given.
A Zoom invite link will be emailed to the lead name the day before or the morning of your chosen webinar. The individual delegates are responsible for ensuring that they can join the webinar; they can test the link at any time and join up to 15 mins before the scheduled starting time to ensure that they can see and hear the presentation. Sue’s mobile number will be included in your Zoom email invite as well as join instructions for first time Zoom users. Delegates attending live on-line learning webinars can choose whether to start their video to share. However, they must be in a suitable training environment in the setting or at their home and away from the children in their care if they are at work.
In the unlikely event that Sue needs to cancel or postpone a live on-line webinar delivery you will be offered a full refund, a transfer to another date or access to a recording of the same session to view within 7 days.

Please email Sue for the learning intentions of face-to-face training to satisfy yourself that the training meets your needs. It is possible to request bespoke training and agree the content accordingly. Sue does not accept liability if the training does not meet your needs after the learning intentions are shared.
A £100 non-refundable deposit will secure your face-to-face staff training event.
You will be notified if the training or consultancy visit requires Sue to book a train ticket and accommodation; the cost of this will be built into the price you are quoted but should you need to cancel or reschedule days these costs will be chargeable in full if they have already been booked and pre-paid to cover out of pocket non-recoupable costs/expenses.
If the customer requests to swap the training date more than 30 days in advance and a new date is agreed the deposit will be swapped to the new booking, however if travel and accommodation have already been booked and cannot be swapped the customer will remain liable to cover these costs as well as the full cost of the training as quoted. If the 2nd date is cancelled by the customer, or you request another swap no refund will be issued, the deposit will be retained and (where applicable) you will be liable for any pre-paid travel and accommodate costs.
If you book a Preparing for your inspection visit and your inspectorate conducts your inspection prior to arranged date the following will apply; within 21 days of the agreed date the customer will forfeit their non-refundable deposit. If the inspection is more than 21 days before the agreed visit date the deposit can be transferred towards the cost of face-to-face staff training or towards staff attending live on-line webinar training carried out within a 12 month period from the contract, but it is non-refundable. Where applicable, any pre-paid travel and accommodation costs will still be charged to the customer. If you have already re-arranged the original date of the Preparing for your Inspection visit and you are inspected before the re-arranged date, no refund or transfer of money towards training will be available. Requests to swap dates may incur charges (including being responsible for any pre-booked travel and accommodation). If your cancellation is within 3 week you will be charged a 1/4 of the total cost, with 2 weeks notice 1/2 the total cost, a week 3/4 charge and less than a week the total cost will be payable .
