Sue Asquith is one of the most respected early years consultants in the UK. Having spent many years as a childminder, she moved on to work with Local Authorities, deliver DfE projects with PACEY and NDNA, and now gives training and consultancy throughout the UK.

I attended Sue's webinar on Leadership and Management and was very impressed - it started on time and stuck to the topic, which seems to be a rare thing on many early years webinars! It was extremely useful and thought-provoking and as someone who has become rather jaded over the past year, was just what I needed to re-energise and re-focus. Will definitely use again.

With the many changes we have had to adapt to during lockdown, online training with Sue is definitely something I would like to see more of in the future. As a busy childminder and mum of 5, time is certainly precious, the online training Sue has delivered has been at times when I can find a quiet spot in the comfort of my home to really take in and benefit the most from the training. Often face to face training means working a 10 hour day, skipping tea to get the kids sorted and the satnav ready, nervously rushing off in the car to find a venue I've never been to before, scrambling around my bag through nappies and dummies hoping to find a pen, then trying to focus for the next 3 hours when all I want is to sit down with my feet up and a cuppa.

Online training with Sue has allowed me to access training I wouldn't have been able to attend otherwise, not only is it very affordable but she delivers the courses in clear and confident detail because she truly has a passion for childcare and getting it right for every child. Thank you Sue, for always going above and beyond to help us all through these strange times and for always being so caring and helpful throughout my entire 13 years as a childminder.
