Email support@hyperflow.cloud with your organization name, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, verification codes, children’s details, or other sensitive records.

Use the Google or email address your workspace administrator approved. Email sign-in sends a one-time verification code. If access is denied, ask your workspace administrator to confirm your role and organization.

Authorized users can open Settings → Privacy & data to request an export or account-data deletion. You can also email support. Requests involving organization-controlled records may require approval from the workspace administrator.
