Privacy Policy

Childcare Admin is operated by Hypercat Studio LLC for authorized customer organizations. Where a customer organization enters information about its staff, clients, families, or children, that organization controls the content and Childcare Admin processes it to provide the service.

Depending on the features your organization uses, this can include account and contact details; device and session identifiers; tasks, messages, files, photos, voice notes, support requests, and other user content; business, finance, marketing, and operational records; and sensitive records such as safeguarding, health, attendance, or family information entered by authorized users.

The app may request camera, photo-library, microphone, notification, and Face ID access only when needed for the feature you choose.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, synchronize authorized workspace data, deliver requested communications and notifications, support customer-requested integrations, diagnose problems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and do not track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate Childcare Admin, with integrations an authorized user enables, when a customer directs us to do so, or when required by law. Core providers can include Apple, Clerk, Convex, Twilio, and Google when Google sign-in or a Google integration is selected.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and tenant-scoped data rules. Information is retained according to the customer’s service agreement, workspace settings, legal requirements, and legitimate operational needs. Authorized users can request an export or deletion from Privacy & data settings in the app, or contact support.

Childcare Admin is a business tool for authorized adults and is not directed to children. If an organization records children’s information, it must have an appropriate lawful basis and limit access to authorized personnel.

You can manage device permissions in iOS and workspace privacy controls in the app. For access, correction, export, deletion, or privacy questions, email support@hyperflow.cloud. We may need to coordinate organization-controlled requests with your workspace administrator.
