SENCo

Jade and Rhia are our Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCo) for Aldridge and Darlaston. They are responsible for looking after and supporting special education needs in nursery. Their main role is to ensure that each and every child and their families are able to obtain the right help and support. If parents have any concerns regarding their children’s learning or development, they can speak to the SENCo for their nursery whom can offer advice, support and next steps if necessary.

Family Liaison Officer

Frankie is the Family Liaison Officer for both our settings. Within her role she is responsible for overseeing our nursery induction process, as well as ensuring children’s paperwork is filled and filed in the correct manor. She is also responsible for booking settles and overseeing our settling in process to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible for each child and their families. As well as this, Frankie also oversees funding, our early years management system and early years learning journeys
