Our Apprenticeship Scheme
At Walsall Childcare we offer an NVQ apprenticeship scheme and use this scheme to introduce a limited number of carefully selected candidates to childcare.We are proud to work hard to ensure that we support our apprentices through their learning journey. The scheme is funded and work is paid. All our apprentices work alongside qualified and experienced professionals and we expect our apprentices to contribute to the care we provide. You will need to combine ‘on the job’ training at the nursery with the need to manage your own study time.
