Our Group
Quality Childcare & Education (QCE) Nurseries is a privately-owned & managed group of exceptional Early Years nursery settings across the Birmingham and West Midlands led by an executive management team with over 50 years of experience within the education sector. Our nurseries have been at the heart of the communities they serve for over two decades – providing not only childcare but an inspiring and wonder-led curriculum.
At QCE we offer exciting and joyful experiences for all children. We have BIG ambitions for every child, and are hugely proud of our unique pedagogy and curriculum.

Our Mission is to provide children with a safe and happy environment where they leave us as kind, caring and confident individuals enriched and inspired by the breadth of experiences and the depth of our curriculum.
Intention
QCE Nurseries provides playful opportunities and learning experiences to support every unique child in an enabling environment that encourages their wellbeing and ensures their safety. We value a community approach and the benefit of positive real world experiences. Children have the opportunity to reflect on and connect with nature within the setting and beyond. The nursery educators are ambitious for our children and provide a diverse and rich learning environment ingrained with culture and language. Our curriculum has been designed to meet the children’s needs and interests, and to expand their life experiences.

Our People
We are a growing team comprising industry professionals with sustained backgrounds in education and childcare, ranging from our apprentices studying and training at each of our settings right through to the qualified educators who combine their years of experience and qualifications up to degree and post-graduate level.
We are a career-oriented Group too: we invest heavily in our workforce and have more opportunities in career progression than most Early Years organisations.
