The Oxford Nursery Eynsham is situated in West Oxfordshire in the bustling village of Eynsham. There is easy access to the A40 to Oxford or Cheltenham and a good bus route into Oxford City Centre and Witney.
Opening hours are 52 weeks per year, 7.30am – 6pm (except Training Days and bank holidays)
The Nursery is closed on Bank Holidays and currently closes for 3 training days per Year.
This Nursery closes early the last working day before Christmas and New Years Eve.
Freshly prepared food on-site
Meals, Breakfast, Lunch and Tea and snacks are prepared freshly on the premises and are served as follows:
Breakfast 8-8:45am, Lunch 11-12, Tea 3.30-4
Snacks 10am, 2pm and 5:45pm

Being part of the nursery from Freshers (0-2 years), Sophomores (2-3 years) and Scholars (3-5 years) the children make friends, interact with each other and staff throughout their time with us. In no time at all you will learn the names of your children’s new friends and carers.
We love messy play, just look at our Facebook page to see all the daily activities the children get up to. Imaginations run wild from spacemen and dinosaurs to all the colours of the rainbow.
Exceptional Day Nursery West Oxfordshire
The Oxford Nursery Eynsham benefits from a ‘themed area’ garden which includes a construction play area, water play area, opportunities for outdoor craft as well as a mud kitchen and plenty of space to ride tricycles and run around. We are so lucky because beyond our garden there is direct and safe gated access to the local park which the children love. In addition, our garden has an outdoor/indoor sand filled ‘beach’ area which is a delight in any weather. If the weather is unkind to us we never let it spoil our fun and instead we play in undercover outdoor play areas.

About Our Nursery Rooms
The children have access to all of our play rooms but have dedicated base rooms specific to their ages, Freshers 0-2 years, Sophomores 2-3 years and Scholars 3-5 years. We do not believe that children should spend their day in just one room and encourage the confidence to transition from area to area for their activities, rest and snacks/meals. There is a large base room where the children can play and join up for group story, singing and performance sessions. The nursery has a separate baby cot ‘sleep’ room and dedicated dining areas.

We viewed several nurseries before settling on here. All the staff looked happy and like they wanted to be there, they were welcoming and informed. The place was very tidy but not clinical. It looked like the kind of place we would feel comfortable leaving our daughter. Since joining our daughter has loved going to nursery, the staff take the time to speak to us on drop off and pick up. It is a very welcoming and friendly place. We would highly recommend.

The Oxford Nursey are just amazing, I cannot rate them highly enough. My sons attended from 3 years and from 11 months, and both have absolutely thrived under the warm, expert, friendly staff, lovely facilities, and endless fun and creative activities. The Manager is approachable and so helpful, and I feel like every member of staff really cares about what they do. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We love Oxford Nursery. Our daughter, who had attended another nursery, settled right in and liked it better than the other school. The teachers are lovely and sweet. We get (very adorable) daily updates. There is a lot of effort put in to engaging the children and teaching them all sorts of things. I am a partial fan of the “yes, please, mummy” that came home recently, as well as the art made using a dinosaur as a stamp. I will also say that communication with the school is fast and clear.

I know he loves the team (because he talks about them all the time), particularly Michelle, Joe and Kerry who have made what is quite a hard transition (for both parent and baby) a breeze. Full or part time day care is offered as well as after school care and Holiday care.
Regular gardening and growing all sorts of great vegetables are then harvested and cooked, often by our little chefs. We are certain we will have a Cordon Bleu chef someday. All of these experiences and learning journeys are captured throughout the day and parents/guardians receive daily updates.
