Committed and passionate teachers
We are driven by our vision and mission to create the best beginnings for children and families everywhere.
Our staff at Nordic Star are committed and caring professionals who want the best for your children.
They come to us as qualified and experienced practitioners and then undertake an ongoing intensive training programme in the FinlandWay® teaching philosophy and method. The qualifying training programme has been designed by Senior Lecturers at the University of Helsinki and it takes 18 months of theory and practice to complete.
All of staff have passed a rigorous interview process and have completed Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and a Paediatric First Aid Course.
Our mission is to offer the best comprehensive early education package, training our educators in the world-leading practices and designs from Finland.
