Lucy is passionate about delivering first class, flexible childcare in her own nursery setting but identified a gap in her own development when her nursery business took off. Instead of running away, Lucy developed her skills to support her business.

Lucy talks about how focusing on her ‘weakness’ allowed her to grow and led to the founding of The Profitable Nursery Academy, where she helps single-site nursery owners to create an efficient, effective and profitable nursery business!
