Our word of the week was autumn, and we’ve been exploring all the beauty this season brings from collecting and arranging nature’s treasures to mud printing inspired by artist Andy Goldsworthy.

We collected, counted and sorted leaves, conkers, and pine cones, and even our youngest learners joined the fun! To celebrate the season, we had a cosy pyjama and pizza night with autumn crowns, play dough hedgehogs, and hot chocolate while watching Fletcher and the Falling Leaves.

Little hands, big learning, a lovely way to celebrate the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness.
