At Little Angels, we believe that communication is the key to all learning. We strive on being a language rich nursery, promoting communication and language for children at all ages & stages. We hold Makaton friendly status, and our staff team are qualified in Makaton to use with the children from babies through to preschool to support their communication and language development, we also use time to talk strategies, which are embedded into our curriculum.
We enhance children’s imaginative minds with Stagecoach’s dance and drama sessions.
Furthermore, we also support language skills in Spanish in our Bilinguasing sessions. We welcome children’s home languages, backgrounds and cultures and incorporate them into our inclusive setting to make every single child and their family feel at home.
Each one of us has a passion for providing the best possible start in life for every child, helping them to achieve the best possible outcomes and preparing them for their next stage in life.
We believe that building strong relationships with our parents is vital to ensuring that that each child’s individual needs are met. Our key persons will have conversations with families on drop off and pick up as well as sending regular updates on your child’s wellbeing and learning through our Famly app.

At Little Angels, we see mealtimes as an important part of our day not only in terms of nutrition but also in terms of developing children’s social and life skills. We believe that the food a child eats in their early years influences their future dietary habits later in life, so it is important that children learn to make healthy choices early on.
We have teamed up with Nursery Kitchen who provide fresh and nutritious meals daily. Nursery Kitchen menus are created by development chefs and approved by nutritionists to ensure that our meals are varied, tasty, nutritionally balanced, and healthy while catering to different dietary requirements.
Nursery Kitchen use the best and freshest ingredients, sourced directly from farms, fields and high-quality food sources which share their vision on animal welfare and reducing negative environmental impacts. All ingredients can be traced to their source of origin.
When it comes to preparing meals, rigorous food safety procedures ensure they are consistently safe for children. Food safety is at the heart of everything, from only using accredited suppliers, to delivering meals in temperature monitored vans.
Our aim is to help children develop healthy tastes for life through wholesome taste adventures. To support nurseries with food education, we provide team training and resources, while parents can support their children at home with their favourite Nursery Kitchen recipes.
