I’d totally pick the power to magically calm and focus the class when things get a little wild! Imagine a quick sprinkle of “calmness magic” that turns chaos into peace in seconds—perfect for making transitions smooth and easy peasy!
Oh, this one takes the cake! A little boy once told me, “Grace, my mommy says I’m a superhero… but I told her I’m a snack time superhero instead!” Then he struck a dramatic pose and declared, “I can save everyone from being hungry!” It was pure confidence, a dash of drama, and a whole lot of laughs!

I’d definitely choose the power to magically know exactly what every child needs in the moment—whether it’s a cuddle, a snack, or the perfect story to calm them down. Imagine being able to wave my “superteacher wand” and instantly make everything smoother and more fun!
One of my all-time favourites was when a little one said, “Miss, I think I’m a giraffe today!” I asked why, and she proudly replied, “Because I can reach the top shelf now!” I couldn’t stop laughing—nothing like a tiny giraffe claiming victory over the kitchen shelves!
My favourite has to be The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle! It’s a perfect mix of counting, days of the week, and the butterfly life cycle. The rhythmic repetition and bright, colourful pages make it a joy to read… plus, who can resist a book about food!
