At our nursery, each room is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s growth, learning, and wellbeing. From our youngest pre-walkers to our preschoolers preparing for school, every environment offers rich opportunities for exploration, independence, and joy.
Ladybirds (Pre-Walkers)
Our Ladybirds room provides a nurturing and sensory-rich environment for our youngest children as they begin to explore the world around them.
Focus Areas:
- In the Moment Planning – responding to children’s interests as they learn and play
- Sensory Experiences – messy play, painting, water play, early mark making, and outdoor exploration
- Weaning Support – guidance for families and encouragement of self-help skills such as feeding with cutlery and drinking from a cup
- Sleep Support – creating calm routines and rest spaces for each child
- Physical Development – promoting milestones like sitting, crawling, and walking
- Communication and Language – encouraging early language through songs, stories, and one-to-one interactions
- Outings in the Community – gentle exploration beyond the nursery

Bumblebees (Walkers)
As children become more mobile, our Bumblebees room offers endless opportunities to explore, play, and build confidence.

Butterflies (Preschool)
Our Butterflies room prepares children for the next big step – school! Here, learning is fun, active, and child-led, helping children develop independence and confidence.

Zen Den
Our dedicated Zen Den is a calm, sensory-rich space for all children to rest, regulate, and recharge throughout the day.
Focus Areas:
- Soft play, peanut ball, trampoline, stepping stones, and a variety of sensory toys
- Gentle lighting and a peaceful atmosphere to promote relaxation and emotional regulation
- Used for one-to-one interventions and small group sessions, including Wellcomm screenings and targeted support activities
