As the children have been enjoying playing baddies and goodies, this week we have been thinking about the police. We came in to find someone had been up to no good in the role play area and hunted for clues to identify a suspect. We talked lots about all the different jobs that the police do and all the different ways in which they can help us. We learned the number that we need to call in an emergency and counted and subtracted police cars. We played traffic lights outside and also had fun in the rain.
