As a Floor Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pre-school room, leading practice, supporting your team, and ensuring high standards of care and learning. Your Role as Floor Manager
- Lead the day-to-day running of the pre-school room
- Support, mentor, and inspire your team
- Ensure high-quality learning experiences and care
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
- Support planning, observations, and curriculum delivery
- Uphold nursery policies, procedures, and standards
What We’re Looking For
- SVQ Level 3 in Early Learning & Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- A nurturing, confident individual with a passion for child development
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A creative approach to learning through play
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and relationship-building
