We like to celebrate lots of different festivals, charity days and other fun events at nursery to make everyone feel welcome and to have lots of fun. On Friday 3rd February 2023 we celebrated ‘Number Day’ to raise money for the NSPCC. We invited all of the children and staff to come in dressed up in number themed items of clothing and put any donations in our handmade die. Lots of children and their parents made their items of clothing which looked amazing and many others managed to dig something out of their wardrobes to join in. The children made stars out of two triangles stuck together which they decorated themselves. Lots of the children were able to cut out and stick the triangles themselves, and the younger ones had help from members of staff but were still allowed to use their own imagination.
